What are the delivery methods?

Pay in cash or via POS, upon delivery, using the “Cash on delivery” payment option. You can use this method if the total value of your orders does not exceed BGN 500.

How can I return a product and under what conditions?

Returned goods need to be shipped packed in hard packaging to prevent damage. The data must be accurate so that processing and payment can be made on time.

How do I track my order?

To track the order, enter the order number in the field below and click the “Track” button. You will receive a confirmation email.

Do I have to register to place an order?

No need, but in your account you will have constant control over your orders: you will be able to postpone delivery time according to your needs.

How to order online?

Add the desired products to the basket, enter the basket in the upper right corner and complete the order by following the steps there. You can search for a product directly in the special search box, browse product categories in the displayed menu or in the daily collections.

Can I open packages on delivery?

Opening of parcels upon delivery is allowed if the parcel is delivered through the courier company Speedy.

Is the transport free?

For bulk orders, over 15 kg, we can add an additional processing fee, which may vary depending on the weight of the shipment. The fee includes additional protection materials and special transport for large and bulky shipments.

What should I do when I receive my package?

It is important after receiving the package to check it and inform us within 48 hours of any discrepancy to resolve the issue together.
